They do not constitute a clinical or therapeutic relationship. They are not governed by HIPAA and are not a substitute for professional medical or mental health care.

3. Astrology Disclaimer

Astrology services are provided for self-reflection, insight, and personal growth purposes only. Rebecca Rodas is a dedicated student of astrology, not a licensed or certified professional astrologer. Astrological readings are not predictions and are not a substitute for professional advice of any kind.

4. Confidentiality

All sessions are held with care and discretion. Information you share is not disclosed to third parties except as required by law. Coaching is not a legally privileged relationship in the way that licensed therapy is. Standard business confidentiality practices apply.

5. Payment and Cancellation

Session fees are due at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged. Sliding scale availability is limited and must be confirmed in advance. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a late cancellation fee of up to the full session cost. Please communicate as early as possible if you need to reschedule.

6. No Guarantees

The Healing Portal, LLC makes no guarantees about specific outcomes from any service. Healing and growth are individual processes. Results described on this website reflect individual experiences and are not promises of what you will experience.
