Hi, I'm so glad you're here.

If you've found your way to this page, you probably want a little more than the short version, and I already love that about you.

What I want to say first is the thing that matters most:

I believe love is the medicine, that being truly seen is itself a kind of healing, and that you never have to translate yourself to be understood. I bring all of myself to this work, not just my training, because you deserve someone who does.

I spent a decade as a licensed creative arts therapist (LCAT) in New York and I still practice clinically. But I have came to believe that the therapy room is not the only place healing happens, and that healing shaped only by Western clinical models can quietly reinforce the very systems many of us are trying to step out of.

I built The Healing Portal on purpose, as a space that is liberation-centered, creative, somatic, and spiritual. A communal space where you do not have to be a patient or have a diagnosis to do real work, and where being seen in your full complexity is itself a profound act of healing.

These are coaching, astrology, and creative healing services, separate from my clinical practice and not a substitute for therapy.

• I'm queer, neurodivergent, and Latina, born in Paraguay and raised in NYC, always a little between worlds.

• I come from a line of healers, intuitives, and sensitives, and I work primarily through clairsentience and clairempathy.

• Art saved my life once, after a brain injury, and creative expression has lived at the heart of my healing ever since.

• I am a Leo sun, Aries moon, Libra rising: a lot of fire, passion, and a lot of relational care.

• I have big lover girl energy and I do not apologize for it. I believe love in all of its forms is sacred.

• I believe in doing it scared, as the only way forward is through.
